Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for monetary reimbursement under any circumstances.

Exchanges Only

We accept store exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 business days of approval.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, odor, stains, damage, or alterations will be refused.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Items purchased during promotions, flash sales, or special releases

Exchange Method

  • Approved exchanges are issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit does not expire and may be applied toward any available item.

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time of processing.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

  • Anike Kulture is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Sizing & Color Disclaimer

  • Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for fit issues or sizing preferences.

  • Color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos must be provided for review.

  • Claims submitted outside this window will not be honored.

No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase with Anike Kulture, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for any reason related to:

  • Refund denial

  • Exchange eligibility

  • Sizing, fit, or color variations

  • Delivery delays or carrier issues

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Immediate account restriction

  • Permanent refusal of future orders

  • Submission of transaction records and policy agreement to the payment processor

This policy is presented as evidence in all dispute responses.

Right to Refuse Service

Anike Kulture reserves the right to refuse exchanges or service at our sole discretion if policy conditions are not met.
